ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-6 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently, Sati does not offer international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns up after order has been processed, we will refund the full order amount if notice is received via email to orders@satisoda.com within 1 hour of order placement.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@satisoda.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
